Warranty Terms

Zuce Tech ensures that all native Flex products are designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards in compliance with ISO 9001. The following warranty is extended to all end users who purchase a native Flex product through an authorised Magicmotorsport distributor in Australia:

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1. Flex products include a Limited Lifetime Warranty with Replacement Service for the repair or replacement of FLX1.1 and FLX1.9 interfaces, provided the original owner maintains an active subscription to mms.care.

1.2. If the mms.care subscription lapses for more than seven (7) days, the Limited Lifetime Warranty will no longer apply.

1.3. Flex products without an active mms.care subscriptions are covered by a 24-month warranty, effective from the original activation date.

1.4. Warranty support is limited to 24 months from the announcement of product discontinuance.

1.5. This warranty covers only hardware defects in materials or workmanship. Products not manufactured by Magicmotorsport are excluded.

1.6. Zuce Tech will repair or replace defective products upon verification of proof of purchase and proper submission of a warranty claim through the mms.care system.

2. Warranty Limitations

• 2.1. Warranty does not cover products altered, repaired, or mishandled by unauthorised personnel.
• 2.2. Warranty seals that are broken or tampered with will void the warranty, and tools may be locked. Users must purchase a replacement tool to resume use.
• 2.3. Batteries, moving parts, cables, connectors, and accessories subject to normal wear are excluded.
• 2.4. Damage caused by unapproved components, consumables, or software is not covered.
• 2.5. The warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement of defective hardware.
• 2.6. Zuce Tech is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or consequential losses resulting from product use.

3. Warranty Claim Process

• 3.1. Report defects immediately via the mms.care Repair Request Ticket or the Zuce Tech website chat if the mms.care account is inactive.
• 3.2. Provide a detailed description of the issue, images, and serial numbers for verification.
• 3.3. Shipping costs for sending products to Zuce Tech are the User’s responsibility, while return shipping costs are covered by Zuce Tech.
• 3.4. For international shipments, ensure proper customs documentation is included to avoid delays and additional costs.
• 3.5. Zuce Tech reserves the right to charge for additional costs due to non-compliance with shipping instructions.
• 3.6. If approved, repairs or replacements will be completed within five (5) business days of receiving the product.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

4.1. This warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

4.2. The information provided herein is subject to change without notice.

4.3. This warranty applies to Flex products sold on or after 30/11/2023.
