Description

Flex Master users must activate this software module to link one or more Flex Slave users to their account. The module allows the Master to encrypt and decrypt the read files submitted by their Slaves.

Each Master account can manage up to 99 Slave users with a single module. If the limit is exceeded, an additional module must be purchased. The SLAVE Manager is an online service that requires the Master to maintain an active subscription. This is a one-time purchase that does not affect the subscription fee of the account.

+ How do I activate the Flex File Decryptor?

Once purchased, Zuce Tech will handle the setup, but here is how it works.

The master will receive an invoice with a code to activate in their account under the Product Activation Tab. After activation, the Master can start linking Slaves to their account.

The Master can now work with a Slave, regardless of the software configuration of the Slave, even if it differs from their own.

To link a Slave to a Master, the Flex Slave user must first activate their software license in the Product Activation Tab and then enter the email address of their Master in the designated field.

This creates a binding contract between the parties that can only be terminated with the explicit consent of the Master via email.

+ Is it possible to change my Master?

A Slave user with an active subscription can change their Master without additional fees. However, Zuce Tech must receive written authorization from the current Master before releasing the Slave.

The Master must send a release request via email to [email protected], specifying the serial number of the Slave tool to be released.

+ Can I upgrade my Flex software license from Slave to Master?

Yes, a Slave user can upgrade to a Master license. The Slave must pay the price difference between their current Slave software and the desired Master software.

Before upgrading, the Master must send an authorization request to release the Slave via email to [email protected] , specifying the Slave tool’s serial number.

Zuce Tech will process the upgrade.

Important Notice:

Once linked, a Slave and Master account form a contractual relationship that can only be terminated with written authorization from the Master.
