Magic Charger 100 is a multifunctional power supply unit designed to
support and maintain the charge level of the most advanced battery models in today’s
automotive market. Born from the collaboration between Magicmotorsport and GYS—a leading
industrial group specializing in workshop equipment—this charger helps maintain stabilized
voltages, providing uninterrupted current during diagnostics and service operations.

Whether working with 12V Lead or Lithium (LFP) batteries,
Magic Charger 100 ensures precise power management and mitigates risk of undercharging or
overheating. It comes equipped with 5-meter cables for flexible positioning
around the workshop, and its USB connectivity enables easy customization
of charge profiles to fit specific battery types or service requirements.

Four Modes of Use

1. Charge: Supports all 12 V Lead or Lithium (LFP) batteries from 5 up to
1200 Ah, ensuring a complete, reliable charge cycle even for high-capacity systems.

2. Diagnostics: Provides up to 100 A of current, stabilizing the vehicle’s
electrical system during ECU programming, parameter adjustments, or extended scan tool
sessions in mechatronics workshops.

3. Showroom: Supplies a continuous, stable current to offset the
electrical draw when a vehicle’s accessories—lights, infotainment, etc.—are in use for
demonstration.

4. Tester: Evaluates battery health and the vehicle’s starting system
(battery + starter), as well as the alternator’s performance, providing a quick snapshot
of overall charging system integrity.

The multilingual software (22 languages) in Magic Charger 100 further streamlines these
modes, making it straightforward to adapt the unit to diverse operational environments.

Automatic Multi-Stage Charging

Extend the life and performance of both Lead (gel, AGM, liquid, calcium, etc.)
and Lithium (LFP) batteries. Magic Charger 100 applies 8-stage
charging curves for lead-acid batteries and 9-stage curves for LiFePO4 batteries,
delivering optimum current and voltage during each charging phase. This intelligent
approach avoids undercharging or overcharging, helping maximize battery longevity.

The charger also features an automatic recovery function for deeply discharged
batteries, bringing them back to a healthy state without permanent damage. This is especially
useful for stored or rarely used vehicles, ensuring reliable restarts and improved battery
stability over time.

Advanced and Safe

Auto-Detect: The charging process automatically starts when a battery
is connected, eliminating guesswork or potential manual errors.

Auto Restart: If the power supply is interrupted, Magic Charger 100 remembers
the last selected mode, ensuring smooth continuation without user intervention.

Protective Electronics: Short-circuits, polarity reversals, and overloads
are actively prevented, safeguarding your vehicle’s on-board systems.

With up to 12 customizable charge profiles, including an “Easy” profile for
generic lead-acid batteries, Magic Charger 100 provides the flexibility to address a broad
range of vehicle makes and battery technologies.

USB and SMC Connectivity

Magic Charger 100 features both USB and SMC Smart Module Connector
ports, enabling you to add, delete, or modify charging modes and profiles directly from a
USB memory stick. This flexibility ensures that you can tailor the charger’s functionality
to best suit emerging battery technologies or specific automotive brand requirements.

Additionally, you can retrieve detailed charging histories—including voltage and current
timelines—to evaluate battery performance or pinpoint system faults. The SMC port supports
connection to external accessories like printers or barcode readers, providing a comprehensive
workshop solution for battery maintenance and diagnostics.
