OBD Support for Continental/Vitesco SID212 and SID212 EVO installed on Ford vehicles is now live on Flex.

Inquire about our Ready For Tuning (RFT) service to activate this mode. This involves a preliminary technical intervention performed by our expert team.

What is RFT? It’s an internal program designed to unlock selected ECUs and TCUs using a safe, certified, and fast procedure executed by our technicians.

After the procedure, your control unit is returned, ready to be programmed with Flex.

Moreover, SID212 is also supported by StageX software. Until June 29th, request the service to program SID212 or SID212 EVO in OBD and access complimentary AI Solutions by StageX including DPF off, EGR off, SCR off, and more, all included in your RFT request with no extra costs. Who can access the RFT service?

• Clients with a Flex FLS0.5 Master or Slave active license have direct access to the service, with no need for additional licenses.

• Clients with other licenses but an active sub can access via:
  – Purchase of RFT (Ready For Tuning) license with a single payment
  – Upgrade to the Flex Full license by contacting us directly.

How does the Helpdesk coin system work?

Manage technical services, including the new RFT, using virtual Green Coins. Each month, all Master users with an active subscription receive 300 free coins.

For SID212 and SID212 EVO ECUs, each intervention requires 150 green coins, allowing you to benefit from at least two free services each month.

Once your green coins are exhausted, you have the option to purchase additional coins directly from the Helpdesk area.
